Man Hurt After Being Hit By Train In Fort Greene, FDNY Says
The man he was hit by a train at the DeKalb Avenue station on Thursday morning, the FDNY said.

FORT GREENE, NY — A man was seriously injured after he was hit by a train in Fort Greene on Thursday morning, officials said.
The man was struck by a train in the DeKalb Avenue station at about 9:47 a.m., a spokesman for the FDNY said. He was taken to Methodist Hospital with serious injuries.
Brooklyn-bound N, Q and R trains are stopping at 57th St.-Seventh Ave., 34th St.-Herald Square and Canal Street because of the incident, the MTA said. B and D trains are also stopping along the F line from W. Fourth St.-Washington Square to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue.

The incident also knocked out the Franklin Avenue shuttle train in both directions, according to the MTA.
