MTA Alert: Weekend Service Changes

The Metropolitan Transit Authority plans the following subway service changes this weekend:

• Manhattan-bound A and C trains will travel over the F line from Jay St.-MetroTech to W. 4th St. in Manhattan.
• Astoria-bound N and R trains will travel over the Manhattan Bridge from Dekalb Av. in Brooklyn to Canal St. in Manhattan.
• The 7 train will not run between Times Sq.-42nd St. and Queensboro Plaza. Take E, F, N, Q or the Times Sq.-Grand Central 24/7 shuttle instead.

And remember the following long-term service changes:

• The G Train skips Smith-9th St. in both directions. Church Ave.-bound G trains skip 15th St.-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton stations.
• Coney Island-bound F train service skips 15th St.-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton stations in both directions.
