Hungry Ghost Coffee is opening a cocktail bar
A decade after it first started serving lattes in Brooklyn, Hungry Ghost is expanding into the borough's bar scene. Bar Francis, a cocktail bar by the coffee chain and Sweet Polly — another nearby bar — is set to open at 810 Fulton Street this fall, according to an announcement. A beloved — and affordable — pasta spot in Greenpoint is coming to Fort Greene
Dubbed one of Brooklyn's most "seminal" pasta spots by The New Yorker, Forma Pasta Factory is a staple of Greenpoint — and soon-to-be one of Fort Greene, too. The fast casual eatery, best known for its excellent homemade pasta and affordable prices, is opening its second outpost at 5 Greene Avenue, according to an announcement. Peaches is returning to Fort Greene
After shuttering its Fort Greene outpost during the pandemic, Peaches is returning to the neighborhood this month, Eater reported. The beloved Southern restaurant, will open Peaches Prime at Gotham Market at the Ashland, a food hall located at the eponymously named luxury building, a representative told the outlet. It's set to open on July 26 at 590 Fulton Street alongside several other spots, two of which are run by the smash burger spot Smashed. Find out more here.
