Diaz was last seen at his <a href="https://goo.gl/maps/462PePzAXyQ2" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">48 Hoyt Street</a> residence at 3 p.m. on Feb. 25, police said. Diaz is described as a Hispanic man standing 5-feet-7-inches in height and weighing 120 pounds. He has a thin build, brown eyes, graying hair, a scar underneath his left armpit and a mustache, and may also have a goatee, police said. Anyone with information can contact the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). Spanish speakers can call 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
