Cops: Man Used Counterfeit Cash in Roosevelt Field
The man turned himself in for using phony cash to buy a vacuum cleaner in November, police said.

A Brooklyn man turned himself in for using counterfeit cash in a Roosevelt Field Mall store in November, acording to Nassau County Police.
On Nov. 25, Devon Jackson, 22, bought a Dyson vacuum worth $434.49 from JC Penney, cops said. Jackson used five counterfeit $100 bills to make the purchase and returned the next day to get a cash refund, police said.
Jackson turned himself in to detectives in Westbury on Tuesday, officials said. Jackson was charged with first-degree forgery and five counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday.
