Garden City BOE Swears In New Leaders, Board Members
The board swore in its new members and elected new leadership at its annual reorganization meeting.
GARDEN CITY, NY — The Garden City Board of Education held its annual reorganization meeting on July 7.
Joseph Sileo was elected president and Tom Pinou was elected vice president. They both took the Oath of Allegiance as officers of the board for the 2022-2023 school year at the meeting.
Newly elected board members Arthur Gnecco and William O’Donohue took the Oath of Allegiance prior to this meeting. Superintendent Kusum Sinha, Ed.D. welcomed the new board trustees and congratulated Sileo and Pinou as president and vice president.
