Hempstead Hosts Annual Juneteenth Festival
The June 19th festivities include live music and a cultural exhibition.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — The Village of Hempstead is getting ready to celebrate with its annual festival. The June 19th gathering runs from 5-8 p.m.
Those in attendance will enjoy live entertainment and a cultural exhibition.
The festival, called a "celebration of freedom," also features a craft fair, food vendors and games.
