Man Illegally Got $5,000 To Rent Uniondale Property: Police
Gerson Robles was charged with third-degree grand larceny, police said.
GARDEN CITY, NY — A Uniondale man was arrested for a grand larceny that took place in November, police said.
A 48-year-old man had signed a lease agreement for an apartment in Uniondale. He attempted to move in but discovered it was already occupied by another man.
Gerson Robles received a $5,000 security deposit to secure a rental property, police said.

Robles was arrested without incident, police said.
He is charged with third-degree grand larceny and was arraigned on Tuesday, police said.
