Nassau Smoke Shop Worker Sells Cannabis For 2nd Time In March: Police

WESTBURY, NY — A Queens man was arrested for selling cannabis at a smoke shop in Westbury, police said.

Long Chen, 30, while working at Guys Smoke on Old Country Road, sold THC and a greenish-brown leafy substance believed to be cannabis, police said.

He was placed under arrested on Wednesday afternoon without incident, authorities said.

Chen is charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful sale of cannabis, police said.

He was previously arrested on March 18 at the same location and charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
