GARDEN CITY, NY — Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE) Bus will kick off its summer service to Jones Beach State Park with non-stop service over the Memorial Day weekend to coincide with the FourLeaf Air Show.

NICE N88x buses will depart from the Freeport LIRR station hourly with service beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 23 for the show’s practice day. On Saturday, Sunday and Memorial Day buses will start at 8:30 a.m. from Freeport and run every 30 minutes.

Return service from Jones Beach back to Freeport runs hourly up to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, and every half hour throughout the rest of the weekend. Due to congestion for the holiday weekend and staging of Air Show activities, service will be limited to the West Bathhouse only during the Memorial Day weekend. Additional buses will be deployed as needed to accommodate holiday weekend crowds.
