Rapper Ja Rule Headlines Nassau's Juneteenth Concert
It takes place Saturday night at Mitchel Field.
UNIONDALE, NY — Nassau County will celebrate Juneteenth with a special concert. Rapper Ja Rule will perform at Mitchel Field in Uniondale on Saturday night.
County Executive Bruce Blakeman will be on hand for the festivities. He'll be joined by civil rights leaders and clergy members for the festivities.
Ja Rule, originally from Queens, has been rapping for three decades. His first solo album Venni Vetti Vecci, was released in 1999.
