Shop Smart, Do Good at Lord & Taylor Tuesday
Garden City store hosts annual charity day to help raise money for local non-profits.
Lord & Taylor is hosting its annual charity day, “Shop Smart. Do Good!” Tuesday.
The fundraising shopping event supports local non-profit organizations.
"Lord & Taylor is proud to support the local community by hosting 'Shop Smart. Do Good!'” said Joseph Ricaurte, vice president/general manager. “In 2012, organizations collectively raised over $585,000."
Customers may purchase $5 tickets to “Shop Smart. Do Good” from participating organizations at www.lordandtaylor.com/dogoodgardencity or at the store the day of the event.
Participating organizations keep all proceeds from ticket sales, and there is no limit to the number of tickets any organization can sell.
Each ticket includes special shopping incentives – two 25 percent coupons to be used with very limited exclusions and a 15 percent savings pass for the day good on almost anything in the store, including cosmetics and fragrances. Plus, receive an additional 10 percent off purchases if you use your Lord & Taylor card and 15 percent off if you open a new Lord & Taylor card account.
