VET FEST Coming To Nassau Community College Thursday
The free vent will feature tons of information and groups that can benefit veterans.
GARDEN CITY, NY — On Thursday, the Veteran Suicide Prevention Coalition and Nassau Community College are hosting VET FEST for all veterans.
VET FEST is a resource-sharing event to support local veterans. Military service members will be able to find easy access and knowledge about community resources and support available to them.
More than 35 agencies and organizations from across Long Island that serve veterans will be at the event.

VET FEST will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Nassau Community College quad, across from the Veteran Center. Free parking for the event is available in all student and visitor parking lots. In case of inclement weather, VET FEST will be held in the College Center Building.
There will also be food and refreshments available.
