The iconic 152-year-old H. L. Gross & Bro. Jewelers moved to their new home at 840 Franklin Ave. earlier this year, across the street from its former landmark location which the family-owned business occupied since l968.
The "prime corner retail space" is now available for rent according to signs on the property.

According to John Wilton, chair of the Merchants, Professionals & Retailers group, there is interest in the space, mostly from food purveyors.
