Chase Bank Opens In Glen Cove's Village Square
Glen Cove's Chase bank branch is the anchor tenant at Village Square, according to the luxury complex's developer RXR.

GLEN COVE, NY — Chase bank is the new anchor tenant at Village Square, a luxury residential rental community in downtown Glen Cove.
"We are thrilled to open our doors to the Glen Cove community, be part of Village Square and support our neighbors' financial needs," said Andrew Simone, regional director for Chase in Long Island. "This branch will offer customized financial solutions to help people make the most of their money. We are going to be engaged in the community and collaborating with our neighbors to create an even brighter future here in Long Island."
The bank occupies 3,945 square feet of space in the upscale community that was developed by RXR. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Wednesday for the branch's grand opening.

"We are pleased at the success within the retail spaces at Village Square, especially with the recent addition of Chase, which continues to add to the renaissance of Downtown Glen Cove," said Joseph Graziose, executive vice president of residential development and construction at RXR. "Chase will be a valued amenity for the residents of Village Square and Garvies Point, as well as all Glen Cove residents."
The residential portion of Village Square is 99 percent leased and occupied, according to RXR officials. The 2.8-acre complex on Brewster Street features 146 studio, one-, and two-bedroom rental apartments. It also has a 16,500-square-foot public plaza, 15,600 square feet of retail space,and more than 200 parking spots.

Residents at Village Square have access to indoor and outdoor amenities, including a courtyard with al fresco dining and outdoor grills, a terrace with fire pits, a library, a children's playroom, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, according to RXR.
