
After months of being closed for renovations, Rite Aid, on 225 Forrest Avenue in Glen Cove, is now open for business.
The store, with its overhauled floors, shelving, and pharmacy area, reopened on Sunday.
Mayor Reginald Spinello and Councilwoman Pamela Panzenbeck visited the store and congratulated Rite Aid’s District Manager Ernie Koenig and Store Manager Edgar Vallejos on their refurbished store.

“It’s always great to see businesses in Glen Cove reinvesting in their infrastructure,“ Spinello said. “ Rite Aid’s choice to invest and improve its store here on Forrest Avenue is yet another sign that Glen Cove is open for business.”
