A rare opportunity to witness the evolution of street art in a dynamic, multi-sensory environment

PLEASE NOTE: THIS EXHIBITION HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO BUILDING FIRE. GALLERY IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Aerosol Euphoria: Urban Street Art is an immersive national juried art exhibition on the Brooklyn waterfront in Red Hook. Legendary graffiti pioneers (such as IRA 1, HekTad, BC, Boaka, Inca, Al Diaz, Task001 and Jose Marti) join forces with a leading contemporary street artists to present a huge variety of artworks. The show features striking dioramas of NYC streets lined with aerosol-covered trains and buildings, life-sized retro installations that transport you into the heart of the city, and an impressive 8-foot 3D train centerpiece. This is a rare opportunity to witness the evolution of street art in a dynamic, multi-sensory environment.

Curated by Tamavis D. Santiago, the exhibition opens with an artist reception this Saturday, September 13 (1-6 pm) and is on display on the second floor at BWAC (Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition) through Sunday, October 12, 2025. The BWAC Gallery is located at 481 Van Brunt Street, Door 7, Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY 11231, and is open weekends from 1-6 pm. Visit bwac.org or #bwacgallery.
