 Please take notice that the Town of Red Hook Planning Board will hold a public hearing on an application entitled Rose Certificate of Appropriateness.

 The applicant proposes to construct a 558 square foot addition to an existing 2700 square foot single family home on 1.04 acres located at 894 River Road in the Historic Overlay District.

 A copy of the application and related documents will be available for viewing on the front page of the town website under ‘Public Notices’. Said hearing will be held via Zoom, Monday, March 7, 2021, at 7:35 pm, at which time all interested persons shall be heard by the Planning Board. Those interested in attending via Zoom must register with the Town of Red Hook Planning Department to be admitted to the meeting. To register, email name, address, and phone number to planning@redhook.org by 4 pm Monday, March 7, 2021.
