Bicyclist Hit By FedEx Truck, Killed In Nassau: Police
Police say the man was riding Tuesday morning when he was hit. The incident is still being investigated.
NORTH HILLS, NY — A bicyclist was killed after being hit by a truck Tuesday morning.
According to police, 56-year-old Jongwon Choi, of Bayside, was riding his bicycle west on the North Service Road of the Long Island Expressway at 9 a.m. when he was hit by a FedEx truck near the intersection of Searingtown Road.
Choi was seriously injured, and was pronounced dead at the scene by a paramedic.

The FedEx driver, a 25-year-old man, remained at the scene. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
