A Great Neck teen has been reported missing as of Monday night, police say.

According to authorities, Jennifer Medrano, 15, was last seen leaving her home at 8:55 p.m. She is traveling on foot in an unknown direction, police say.
Police described Medrano as Hispanic, 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 160 pounds, and wearing blue jeans and a pink jacket.
