Great Neck Man, 60, Exposes Himself To Boy: PD

RUSSELL GARDENS, NY — A Great Neck man was arrested after public lewdness on Wednesday in Russell Gardens, police said.

Nassau County police said a 15-year-old boy was walking his dog through Daniel J. Berg Memorial Park when he noticed a man at the park's entrance at approximately 4:40 p.m.

As the teenager walked past him, the man adjusted his waistband and exposed his genitals, police said.

The teenager left the park, returned home, and notified his mother, NCPD said.

After an investigation was conducted, Hua Yang, 60, of Great Neck, was arrested, police said.

According to police, Yang was charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child. He will be arraigned on Friday in Hempstead, police said.
