Man Exposed Himself to Girl Walking Home From School: Cops

He unzipped his pants and exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl Wednesday, police say.

GREAT NECK, NY – A 26-year-old man was arrested after he exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl while she was walking home from school Wednesday afternoon, Nassau Police said.

According to police, the girl was walking home from school on West End Avenue in Great Neck when she was approached by Jefferson Ramirez.

Ramirez, of Great Neck, unzipped his pants exposed himself to girl, police said. The girl ran to a nearby neighbor’s house and police were called.

Officers located Ramirez a short distance away where he was identified and placed into custody, police said.

Ramirez is charged with first degree public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Thursday.
