• 'One Love For Jamaica:' Students Rally For Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund With Event On Sunday (patch.com) — Great Neck students are inviting neighbors to Temple Beth El this Sunday for a dance-party fundraiser supporting Northwell Health’s Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund for Jamaica. Local junior Abigail Podwall, whose mother is a Northwell physician, and fellow student Christos Raptis are teaming with Jamaica-born instructor and artist Natasha Neary to raise $3,000 through music, pizza, dancing, and an art auction.
