Dix Hills, Melville Residents Earn Eagle Scout Rank
All three boys are members of Boy Scout Troop 106.

Three Boy Scouts from the Dix Hills and Melville area were recently recognized for earning the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouts of America.
Stefano Agrotis and Samuel Gosin, both of Melville, and Nicholas Duchatellier, of Dix Hills, were presented proclamations from Legis. Tom Donnelly and Susan A. Berland at Parkside Manor at the Elks in Huntington on Wednesday, June 6.
“Stefano, Samuel and Nicholas demonstrated leadership, character and a true commitment to excellence in completing their extraordinary Eagle Scout projects,” Donnelly said in a press release. “I was proud to join Legislator Berland and their families and friends in honoring and thanking them for their dedication to service and the community.”
