Dragonfly Cares

We’re Dragonfly Cares, a group of providers offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech-Language Therapy across Long Island. Our goal is to support children as well as the caregivers around them, while emphasizing community engagement and transparency. Our goal from the start has been to create a supportive network and uplifting environment for the families and therapists we work with. No more one-size fits all models, we provide more and always will. Each group is led by a BCBA and includes 1:1 support from a trained behavior technician. Groups are thoughtfully formed based on each child’s individual needs and skill sets. It’s a wonderful opportunity for your child to build social skills, communication, and more—all in a fun and supportive environment! A driver was hospitalized after he crashed his minivan into a tree in Melville on Thanksgiving afternoon.According to fire officials, the crash occurred on Bagatelle Road near Half Hollow Road at 4 p.m. He was taken to Huntington Hospital by the Melville Rescue Squad to be treated for his injuries. The Melville Fire Department responded to the scene with an ambulance, heavy rescue truck and paramedic unit.Units were under the direction of Assistant Chiefs David Kaplan and Jason Bernfeld, according to PIO Steve Silverman.Photos by Steve Silverman

A driver was hospitalized after he crashed his minivan into a tree in Melville on Thanksgiving afternoon.

According to fire officials, the crash occurred on Bagatelle Road near Half Hollow Road at 4 p.m. He was taken to Huntington Hospital by the Melville Rescue Squad to be treated for his injuries.

The Melville Fire Department responded to the scene with an ambulance, heavy rescue truck and paramedic unit.Units were under the direction of Assistant Chiefs David Kaplan and Jason Bernfeld, according to PIO Steve Silverman.
