Editor's Pick: Jeff Scroggins in Huntington
The acclaimed banjoist performs at the Hard Luck Cafe at the Cinema Arts Centre.

Acclaimed banjoist Jeff Scroggins will perform at Hard Luck Cafe on Thursday, March 19, in the Sky Room at Huntington’s Cinema Arts Centre.
The concert is a presentation of the Folk Music Society of Huntington.
An international performer, Scroggins is a winner of the National Bluegrass Banjo Championship and dozens of state and regional banjo contests. Scroggins will be joined by band members Tristan Scroggins on mandolin and Greg Blake on vocals and guitar, with special guest Larry Cohen on bass. Long Island’s Martha Trachtenberg and Tom Griffith will also join him for this performance.

Also performing is folksinger Mara Levine, deemed by Christine Lavin as one of the best singers of her generation.
Tickets are $10 for Folk Music Society of Huntington and Cinema Arts Centre members; and $15 for nonmembers. There are no advance tickets for this event.
