MELVILLE, NY — Paws for a Cause is hosting its 10th annual breast cancer fundraiser with the money benefiting The Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education Inc. of Melville.
"Breast cancer touches us all," Daniel Reitman wrote on his GoFundMe page. "In our tight-knit community, it's hard to find someone who hasn't been affected in some way by this disease. We all have mothers, sisters, aunts, and grandmothers who have played irreplaceable roles in our lives. They've nurtured us, guided us, and shown us the true meaning of love and strength."
The fundraiser, vetted by GoFundMe, can be found here.
