Two Wanted in Theft From Kohl's

Suffolk police say clothing, jewelry among items taken from Melville store.

Suffolk County Police are looking for two people who stole merchandise last week from the Kohl's store on Route 110.

A man and two female teens entered Kohl’ s about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 and stole clothing, fragrances, jewelry and computers and left the store.  Police said the three were confronted by store security but fled. One, a 17-year-old female, was apprehended and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. The man, whose name may be James, is described as black, 30 to 40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, thin and bald. The teen, whose name may be Ashley, is described as black, 17 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown hair.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
