15 New Affordable Apartments Available In Harlem
More than a dozen affordable Harlem apartments are now for sale through the city's housing lottery, selling for as low as $86,000.

HARLEM, NY — More than a dozen affordable apartments in Harlem are up for grabs through the city's housing lottery, available to first-time homebuyers through mid-October.
The city has listed 15 apartments for sale at 600 West 148th St., a building constructed in 2015 at the corner of 148th and Broadway in Hamilton Heights.
Three of the apartments are selling for as low as $86,328 for buyers making 80 percent of the area's median income, or a maximum of $72,800 for a two-person household, according to the listing on Housing Connect.

Four more units are available to those making 130 percent of the area median income, equivalent to no more than $118,300. Finally, seven apartments are available to buyers making 165 percent of area median income, or a maximum of $150,150 for two people.
All of the apartments are two-bedroom, available to households between two and five people. Half of the units are set aside for residents of Community Board 9, while five percent are set aside for city employees.

The deadline to apply is Oct. 13.
