HARLEM, NY — A developer has filed plans with the city Department of Buildings to build a six-story apartment building on a vacant lot in Harlem, according to city records.
The new development would rise 60 feet on West 123rd Street between Lenox and Seventh Avenues, according to building plans. The building would contain six apartment units, each taking up one entire floor of the new development, according to plans filed with the city.
Planned building amenities include rooftop recreation space and a bicycle room in the basement, according to building plans.
