HARLEM, NY — Five apartments are up for grabs through the city's affordable housing program in a new building in East Harlem, but only for those making at least $75,000 a year.

The five apartments at 168 East 100th Street are all one-bedroom, available to households between one and three people.

The $75,258 total household income minimum is the same for all household sizes, while the maximum income allowed starts at $103,480 for a single person and $133,120 for three people.

Rent on all five units will be $2,195 per month.

Applications must be submitted before an Oct. 15 deadline, according to the listing on Housing Connect.

The apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and dishwashers. The building features a gym and an accessible rooftop, according to the listing.

The building sits between Third and Lexington avenues, across the street from the Cherry Tree Park playground and blocks away from Mount Sinai Hospital.
