After the lottery drawing, selected candidates must submit a non-refundable application fee of $75 to the managing agent.

Waiting lists for studios and one-bedroom units will be formed from a lottery of up to 300 applicants. The two-bedroom waitlist will accept up to 150 applicants, and the three-bedroom waitlist will be limited to 100 applicants, officials said.

Mitchell-Lama studios can accommodate up to three people, and three-bedroom units can accommodate up to six people.

Established in 1955, the Mitchell-Lama program offers affordable rental and cooperative housing options to moderate- and middle-income families. Apartments in Mitchell-Lama developments are allocated through waiting lists managed by each specific development.
