Developers File Plans For 12-Story Harlem Apartment Building
The 112-foot-tall building will bring 31 apartments to the neighborhood.
HARLEM, NY — Developers have filed plans with the city Department of Buildings to construct a new apartment complex on West 150th Street.
The new development will stand 112-feet-tall on 304 W. 150th St., located between Bradhurst Avenue and Frederick Douglass Boulevard, and contain 31 apartment units, according to building plans. With 31,145 square feet of space zoned for residential use, the average home will be about 1,004 square feet.
Planned residential amenities include bike storage, a laundry room, a recreation room and outdoor recreation areas, according to building plans. The site is currently home to an empty lot.

The developer of the property is listed on building plans as Michael Callaghan, with the new building being designed by Aufgang Architects.
