Developers File Plans For 6-Story East Harlem Building
The apartment building will contain 12 units and will be built on an existing vacant lot.
EAST HARLEM, NY — Developers have filed plans with the city Department of Buildings to build a new six-story apartment building in East Harlem.
The new development will rise 70-feet-tall on East 117th Street between Second Avenue and Third avenues, according to building plans. There will be 12 apartment units at the new building, according to the plans.
Residential amenities at the new building appear to be limited. Building plans only make mention of a bike room and storage and the cellar. Some apartment units will have private amenities such as private storage, garden space or a private terrace.
