Developers Plan 6-Story Building On Vacant 125th Street Lot
The new development will contain 14 apartments and ground floor retail space.

HARLEM, NY — Developers have filed plans with the city Department of Buildings to construct a new six-story building on Harlem's West 125th Street, according to DOB records.
Brooklyn-based developer ReGlobe will build its new 75-foot-tall apartment complex on a vacant lot at 463 W. 125th St. between Amsterdam and Morningside avenues. The development will contain 14 apartments and a small retail space on the ground floor, according to building plans filed with the city.
With 9,251 square feet of space at the new development zoned for residential use, the average apartment will be about 660 square feet. It's unlikely that all apartments in the new building will be uniform, as two of the units will be duplexes, according to building plans.
