Harlem Trio Sold Ghost Guns, Meth To Undercover Cop: DA
The illegal gun and drug sales all took place near West 124th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, prosecutors said.

HARLEM, NY — A Harlem trio sold illegal ghost guns, assault rifles and meth to an undercover cop, prosecutors said.
The three men — Aarol Isler, 37, Anthony Leader, 39, and Jermaine Mordelle, 37 — were indicted Thursday on criminal sale of firearms charges.
The nine weapons sales and drug deals of methamphetamine pills marketed as "ecstasy" and cocaine all unfolded near West 124th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr., authorities said.

"These weapons included ghost guns, assault rifles and semi-automatic pistols – all of which could have inflicted significant violence and harm on our neighborhoods," said Alvin Bragg, Manhattan's district attorney, in a statement.
An undercover cop bought the weapons from the three men over a six-month span starting in January, prosecutors said.

The cop eventually racked up four semi-automatic pistols, three revolvers and two assault rifles, authorities said.
A pistol and an assault rifle each were so-called "ghost guns," which lack serial numbers and are thus considered untraceable.
