HARLEM, NY — Julia Fox, the "Uncut Gems" star, is heading to Harlem after dropping $2.9 million on a four-story townhouse in Harlem, property records show.

Fox bought the pad along with her model friend Richie Shazam Khan.

Built in 1888 by Charles H. Beer, Fox's apartment within the 135-year-old home has 12 total rooms, seven bedrooms, and five bathrooms, according to an old listing for the unit.

The main entryway is framed by two fluted pilasters, and a bench sits underneath a 1920's chandelier.

There is also a loft, two wood-burn fireplaces, 11-foot ceilings, and a large backyard, the listing adds.

"The brownstone is one of the finest and most unique properties within the Mount Morris Park Historic District," reads a listing for the townhouse.

Fox paid $900,000 down on the new home, and received a $2 million loan from First Republic Bank shortly before it collapsed, the Real Deal reported.

Fox turned heads earlier this year when she posted a tour of her "underwhelming" apartment in NoHo, while also discussing her "small mouse problem."

The townhouse is close to where actor Neil Patrick Harris lived for many years with his husband, David Burtka, before they set a neighborhood record in May 2022 by selling the townhouse for $7.1 million.
