Lottery For 5 Below-Market East Harlem Apartments Opens
The one-bedroom units are located in a brand-new building on Third Avenue and East 110th Street.

EAST HARLEM, NY — A lottery for five brand new apartments offered at below-market-rate rents in East Harlem is now accepting applications. The homes are located in a new development on Third Avenue between East 109th and 110th streets.

In order to be eligible for one of the units an individual must earn an annual salary between $77,246 and $86,840 and a family of two must earn a combined annual salary between $77,246 and $99,320.
