Man Goes Missing From East Harlem Social Service Center: Police
Police asked for help finding 51-year-old Cliff Torres after he went missing from an East Harlem homeless services center.

EAST HARLEM, NY — Police asked the public for help finding a homeless man who was last seen at an East Harlem social services provider.
Cliff Torres, 51, was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at 198 East 121st St.: the site of Center for Urban Community Services, which provides housing and health care for homeless New Yorkers.
Torres was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a white bubble jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers, police said.

Police shared two photos of Torres, including one showing him as he was last seen.
Authorities asked anyone with information to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). People can also submit tips online or on Twitter, @NYPDTips.
