Plans Filed for 17-Unit Apartment Building on Harlem Empty Lot
The construction plans were filed Wednesday.
HARLEM, NY — Plans were filed Wednesday to construct a nine-story mixed use building at 320 West 135 St. in Harlem.
The plans were filed by Rafael Santandreu, according to New York City Buildings Department records. The building will contain 17 apartment units and will rise 93 feet, according to the plans. Currently 320 West 135 St. is an empty lot.

The apartment units planned for the new construction may end up being affordable units, YIMBY reported. Last year, Santandreu bought the 2,400-square-foot lot from the city for just one dollar, according to YIMBY.
