The building site is currently home to an empty lot. The lot has an active full vacate order against it issued in 2016 due to falling debris from an adjacent property, according to city records.
The developer of the new apartment complex is listed as an entity called 410 East 115th Street Investors on plans filed with the city. The firm Pinner Architecture is listed as the designer of the new building.
