Plans Filed For East Harlem Auto Repair Shop
The new auto repair store will be located on East 126th Street between First and Second avenues.
EAST HARLEM, NY — A Staten Island-based developer has filed plans with the city Department of Buildings to construct a two-story auto repair shop in East Harlem.
The new commercial development will rise 46 feet on East 126th Street between First and Second avenues, according to building plans. The new business will contain 8,633 square feet of space, all of which will be dedicated for automotive repair purposes, according to the plans filed with the city.
Building plans list A&E Development as the developer behind the project. The firm Cutrona Architecture will behind the design of the new commercial building.
