Renderings Of New Central Harlem Building Revealed: Report
The 135-foot-tall building will feature 37 apartment units.

HARLEM, NY — Renderings of a rare new development on Central Park North were revealed Tuesday by real estate publication New York Yimby.
The renderings depict the planned apartment building at 145 Central Park North, which is located between Lenox and Seventh avenues, New York Yimby reported. The building will rise 13 stories tall and feature 37 apartment units, according to development plans filed last year with the Department of Buildings.
The 135-foot-tall development contains 54,354 square feet of buildable space zoned for residential uses, according to plans filed with the city DOB. Planned residential amenities include off-street parking, bicycle storage and rooftop recreation areas, according to building plans.

The renderings were acquired by New York Yimby from a neighborhood tipster, according to the publication. The new building's design features a nine-story steel facade topped by a set-back glass wall, New York Yimby reported.
The building site is currently vacant.
