The Bristal’s Eileen Lopez Receives 2024 All-Star Staff Award

The Bristal Assisted Living has announced that Eileen Lopez, Director of Administrative Services at The Bristal at White Plains, received the 2024 All-Star Staff Award from the Empire State Association of Assisted Living. The award is given to a team member who shines brightly in the assisted living community and who often accomplishes the seemingly impossible and is always there for their senior residents and co-workers. These award winners are part of over 350 ESAAL member communities across New York State that serve 35,000 seniors and provide employment for more than 30,000 New Yorkers. Rena Hyman

Eileen has spent over 20 years working in administration for schools and special needs children. She immediately became an asset in the assisted living industry. As the community Human Resources leader, she developed trust amongst staff at all levels resulting in improved staff morale and retention. Known as “Mini IT” at The Bristal at White Plains, Eileen helps residents with their phone and TV challenges almost every day. When any department needs help, she’s always the first one to step up from serving meals to escorting residents.
