Construction of the newest luxury rentals on Halstead Avenue is scheduled to begin this fall, with occupancy planned for early 2025.

HARRISON, NY — If things go according to plan, some new neighbors will soon be moving into Harrison's changing downtown corridor.

Rye-based Elk Homes, a developer of luxury rentals in lower Westchester County, has announced plans to construct a new high-end, multi-family apartment building in downtown Harrison.

Construction for the "Harrison Grand" project, located at 402 Halstead Avenue, is scheduled to begin this fall, with occupancy planned for early 2025.

The new building will include 28 market-rate residences across 46,000 total square feet, with units ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 2,200 square feet. The new apartments will offer one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans that include white oak floors, high-end appliances, private outdoor spaces, powder rooms, fireplaces, high ceilings, and numerous windows.

The luxury property will also include several amenities and services, including 38 parking spaces, a fitness center, a pet spa, bike storage, delivery lockers, an outdoor rooftop terrace, a private dining room, co-working spaces, conference rooms, and more.
