Sunrise Medical Laboratory has opened a new blood center at the Motor Parkway Plaza in Hauppauge.
The medical laboratory also has locations in Brentwood, Islip, Babylon, West Babylon and Bohemia.
The center opened April 1 at the Hauppauge location, but will soon be changing its regular hours, an assistant said.
Starting July 1, the Hauppauge location will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. And Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Sunrise Medical Laboratory is partners with Aetna, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, NYSHIP, Fidelis Care, MVP Healthcare, Oxford Health Plans and United Healthcare.
The blood center isn't the only newcomer to the shopping center. GNC, which is located next door, also recently moved in.
