Police Seeking Man for Burglary at Bagel Shop
Police say the robbery occurred on May 27 at the Bagel Café in Nesconset.
Suffolk County Police are seeking a man who smashed the side door a Nesconset Bagel shop and then fled on bike with a large stash of cash.
According to police, the break in occurred on May 27 at about 12:30 a.m. at the Bagel Café on Smithtown Blvd, pried open an office door and stole a large amount of money. He then fled on a small purple mountain bike, wearing a black coat, black gloves and a black backpack with a wooden handle sticking out of the backpack.
Police are asking anyone with information about the crime to call 1-800-220-TIPS.
