Friday: Work Outdoors in Brooklyn Bridge Park, Free Food and Drinks Included

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, NY — The weather forecast for Friday? Sunny with a high of 82 degrees.

So perhaps instead of spending the day inside your office with the blinds drawn, you could spend it in Brooklyn Bridge Park, working from a makeshift desk set up at Pier 1.

The first Work from the Park Day will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., courtesy of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and AT&T.

Tables and charging stations will be provided, along with free wifi — and free food and drinks.

According to Metro, the snacks will come courtesy of Lizzmonade, Ample Hills Creamery and Brooklyn Bridge Garden Bar.
