Hicksville Toy Drive Benefits Children Battling Cancer

A school group collected toy donations from families and staff members throughout the month of December.

Kudos to the Hicksville Middle School Student Council for organizing this year’s school-wide toy drive. Under the direction of advisers Janice Fitzgerald and Jennifer Presti, the group collected toy donations from middle school families and staff members throughout the month of December.

All of the toys collected in the drive were donated to the Sarah Grace Weippert (Sarah’s Angels) and Michael Magro foundations. Both organizations benefit children diagnosed with cancer.
