HICKSVILLE, NY — Home Depot nabbed 15 years of tax breaks for an appliance warehouse in Hicksville, according to a report.

The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency unanimously approved a tax deal for the building supply retailer with a sales-tax exemption of up to $172,500 on purchases of equipment, fixtures and furnishings for the rented warehouse at 344 Duffy Ave, Newsday reported. The agency also approved reduced property taxes on the project for 15 years.
